The Blue Ridge Amateur Radio Society has assisted amateur radio operators in the Upstate of South Carolina since 1959. We meet on the first Monday of every month at the Red Cross at 940 Grove Rd, Greenville, SC 29605 at 7pm.
Every day is a good day to send CW, but January 1 is reserved for Straight Key Night. Enjoy CW as it has been sent and enjoyed since the earliest days of Amateur Radio.
Objective: This 24-hour event is not a contest; rather it is a day dedicated to celebrating our CW heritage. Participants are encouraged to get on the air and simply make enjoyable, conversational CW QSOs. The use of straight keys or bugs to send CW is preferred. There are no points scored and all who participate are winners.

We Have a Net every night at 9pm on the 146.610 repeater (no tone).
This is the longest running net in the area, and if I’m not mistaking it
has the most check ins. So come on over to 146.610 and keep a good
thing going. Look forward to hearing you.
Comments are currently broken. I am currently trying to determine the issue, and apparently they have been broken for a little while, our apologies to anyone who has attempted to post a comment. Thank you for your patience.
